Growing pains.

We started off humble, but dreamt of conquest.

First inaugurated in Vancouver, British Columbia, Regius Initiative and its many sister locations swept the Fundraising/Acquisition scene like a hurricane.

Undeterred by miniscule test budgets nor by incredulity from our perspective clients of our methodologies, we focused on unrelentingly overdelivering on results. Before long, tiny experimental budgets turned into gigantic years-long commitments, and skepticism inevitably converted into faith.

After having cemented ourselves as one of the major providers of donor acquisition in Vancouver, we got to planning. Now that we have grown deep roots and penetrated the bedrocks of the NGO world, it was time to branch outward aggressively.

Within the span of three years, Regius Initiative opened up three new territories for our now 24-strong roster of clients. From international disaster relief organizations to local children’s hospitals, our patrons rely on our industry expertise to continue the life-saving work that they do on a daily basis.

Internally, we saw the emergence of a new breed of managers. This rising generation of entrepreneurs not only held down their own forts but also took on the arduous responsibility of running satellite offices. Our newfound brothers-in-arms personified our culture of excellence and accountability; their explorations and experimentations revolutionized our business model, which in turn led to a drastic management structure over-hall. These pioneers ushered in a new era of efficient resource allocation, paving the way for our march southward into the States.

Towards the end of 2019, Regius Initiative and our sister branches were enthroned as the Number One Fundraising and Marketing Collective of Canada.

Reinvented, Revived, Reborn 2020-Present

The only silver lining a global catastrophe has is that it teaches you the values of loyalty and comradery.

Just like the rest of the world, Regius Initiative and our sister branches had to close our doors in the unabating 2020 pandemic. We are proud to say that we took care of our own and kept everyone on the payroll (and beyond) until the government finally intervened.

After a year and a half of patient anticipation, and in spite of future uncertainties, we concluded that the best way forward is through - So we doubled down on our efforts and investment in the largest city in Canada:

Toronto.

For this behemoth of an undertaking we have recalled and rallied four of our most senior and reliable managers to Downtown Toronto for an unprecedented union of experience and industry know-how. As of July 2021, our Front Street location ranks first in client satisfaction and employee compensation.

And this is only the beginning for Regius Initiative.
